Floor chair for Sarah. 2009I am Johana Moscoso “Miss Fix-It” the new textile resident @ Lillstreet. I produce physical and emotional prostheses. During nine years of creating wearable art, I have provided emotional services that transcend functionality and discipline in my practice. For example, I have developed a floor chair for a disabled child that allows her to interact with other children and her family over the floor, a hip shaker for amateur dancers and a blinder-hood for a person who works in noisy environments.
